2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Junk Hogs provides junk removal, hauling, cleanouts, and related services for residential and commercial customers. Services may include labor, loading, hauling, disposal, donation, or recycling of items as determined by the Company.
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, load type, and disposal requirements.
Estimates provided online, over the phone, or via text are non-binding and based on the information provided by the customer.
Final pricing is determined on-site after visual inspection of the items to be removed.
Pricing may be based on volume, weight, labor required, disposal fees, or special handling requirements.
Additional charges may apply for heavy materials, hazardous items, excessive labor, stairs, or restricted access.
Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
Failure to pay may result in:
Late fees
Collection efforts
Legal action where permitted by law
Customers are responsible for all costs incurred in collecting unpaid balances.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
The customer agrees to:
Accurately disclose the nature of items being removed
Ensure safe and legal access to the removal area
Identify any items that are not to be removed before work begins
Remove or secure pets, valuables, and fragile items
Junk Hogs is not responsible for items mistakenly removed that were not clearly identified prior to service.
We do not remove hazardous, illegal, or restricted materials, including but not limited to:
Chemicals, solvents, or toxic waste
Asbestos
Medical or biohazard waste
Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
Pressurized tanks
Materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law
If prohibited materials are discovered, service may be refused or terminated without refund.
We take care to perform services professionally and safely. However:
Junk Hogs is not responsible for pre-existing damage.
Minor incidental damage may occur during removal of bulky or heavy items.
Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
We are not liable for:
Damage resulting from structural weakness
Hidden defects
Customer-provided instructions
Loss of items not disclosed as valuable
Items may be disposed of, recycled, or donated at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.
We do not guarantee:
Donation receipts
Tax documentation
That items will be donated rather than disposed of
Ownership of items transfers to Junk Hogs upon removal unless otherwise specified in writing.
